This role will drive high-impact relationships across influencers, celebrity talent, strategic brand collaborators, and global media outlets. You’ll shape FOUND’s cultural voice, expand our network of tastemakers, and secure meaningful press that aligns with our world of new American luxury.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage influencer, celebrity, and talent partnerships that elevate FOUND’s presence
- Develop and execute PR strategy across fashion, culture, and lifestyle media
- Secure press placements, interviews, editorial features, and product spotlights
- Lead brand collaboration outreach and partnership negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with stylists, publicists, agencies, and cultural connectors
- Manage gifting, seeding, and partnership calendars to support key launches
- Drive cultural moments, events, and high-visibility opportunities for FOUND

Menswear & Womenswear Designer
We’re seeking a Menswear/Womenswear Designer who is deeply attuned to culture and aligned with FOUND’s design DNA. This role blends creative intuition with technical excellence, bringing fresh perspective while staying true to the world we’re building. You’ll design across categories, evolve our aesthetic, and help shape the next era of FOUND through thoughtful, elevated, culturally resonant design. We’re looking for someone who feels deeply connected to their craft and is invested in building out FOUND’s long-term creative vision, culture, and brand world. This role is for Menswear, Womenswear, Unisex, or Both. All portfolios will be considered.

Responsibilities:
- Design seasonal menswear and womenswear capsules aligned with FOUND’s long-term vision
- Develop concepts, sketches, and detailed design packages across multiple categories
- Collaborate closely with production, sampling, and creative teams to bring collections to life
- Participate in fittings, fabric/trim selection, and refinement of silhouettes
- Infuse cultural awareness, trend knowledge, and innovative thinking into every collection
- Maintain consistency in quality, storytelling, and FOUND’s design point of view
- Support showrooms, campaigns, launches, and key brand moments
Ideal Candidate:

Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, website, and campaigns.
- Graphic Design: Create clean, compelling graphic overlays and layouts for social, email, and website assets.
- Content Production: Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and video-editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar) to prepare and refine content.
- Publishing & Scheduling: Upload and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels. Write/assist with captions that align with FOUND’s tone and visual language.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain content libraries across Dropbox/Drive, and ensure all assets are optimized for platform specs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with FOUND’s creative direction team to execute content in line with upcoming collections, launches, and campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Understanding of social media strategy, timing, and best practices.

This role is for a creative visionary who instinctively understands the world FOUND is building—someone who brings fresh ideas, moves fluidly between creative disciplines, and is deeply tapped into the cultural pulse of our segment of fashion.
Whether your background is photography, videography, styling, creative direction, editing, or a hybrid of all the above, you’ll contribute to FOUND’s content engine and help shape our visual language across social, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Concept, shoot, and edit high-impact content across photo, video, and mixed media formats
- Bring fresh creative ideas that align with FOUND’s aesthetic, tone, and cultural direction
- Collaborate closely with design, PR, and marketing teams to produce daily content that supports launches, campaigns, and cultural moments
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, NYC street culture, influencer/talent content, and brand storytelling
- Maintain a strong awareness of current trends, cultural shifts, and what’s shaping modern fashion content
- Assist with styling, look creation, and visual direction during shoots
- Build content that authentically lives within and elevates FOUND’s brand world
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be NYC-based and deeply embedded in the cultural landscape
- A naturally creative mind with a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and composition
- Proficient in photography, videography, editing, or styling (or several combined)
- Strong understanding of social platforms (IG, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.) and how to produce engaging content for each
- Highly proactive, collaborative, and able to execute ideas quickly
- Lives and breathes the fashion and contemporary luxury worlds
